Using This Site
This website describes Beyond Steppe's retreats and fertility & surrogacy coordination service, and lets you apply or inquire. By using it, you agree to use it honestly, not to misuse the application form, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the site.
Applications Aren't Bookings
Submitting the Apply form is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. A place on a retreat, or engagement of the fertility & surrogacy service, is only confirmed once Dinara has responded, terms specific to your retreat or case have been agreed, and any required deposit has been received.
Inherent Risk
Our retreats involve proximity to horses, uneven terrain, mountain weather, and time on horseback. These carry inherent physical risk, even when horses are calm and sessions are supervised. By applying for and attending a retreat, you acknowledge that risk. Guests will be asked to sign a separate liability waiver before arrival, this website's terms don't replace that waiver.
Family & Group Retreats may also include archery, ATV riding, enduro riding, hiking, and other activities built around the group. These carry their own risks, distinct from and in some cases greater than horse proximity, including the risks specific to operating vehicles and handling equipment. A separate waiver and any applicable safety briefing are required before participating in these activities, and we reserve the right to require prior experience, a minimum age, or a guide for certain activities.
Fertility & Surrogacy Coordination
Our role in the fertility & surrogacy service is coordination: introducing you to vetted clinics, agencies, and legal counsel. We are not the clinic, agency, or legal provider ourselves, and any medical or legal agreement you enter is between you and that provider, governed by their own terms.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are starting prices in USD and are subject to change. Your actual price will be confirmed in writing before you're asked for a deposit.
Deposit and Cancellation
Once your retreat and dates are confirmed in writing, a deposit of 50% of the total price is due within 48 hours to hold your place. The remaining balance is due before arrival, the exact date is set out in your confirmation. If you need to cancel, tell us as early as possible, we handle refunds case by case and always in writing, we don't hide behind a rigid table of penalty percentages.
Content and Intellectual Property
The text, photography, and design on this site belong to Beyond Steppe (or are used with the relevant permissions) and shouldn't be reused without asking us first.
No Guarantee of Outcome
We describe our retreats honestly, including guest experiences, but we can't guarantee a specific emotional or therapeutic outcome for any individual guest. Beyond Steppe is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Beyond Steppe isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or participation in a retreat, beyond what's covered by the liability waiver and any applicable travel insurance you're required to hold.
